ATEEZ’s Wooyoung Reveals The Moment That Made Him Fall In Love With Dance
ATEEZ‘s Wooyoung recently had ATINYs swooning after he appeared in a video for Studio Choom as their “Artist of the Month.” In the video, Wooyoung danced to “Bad” by Christopher and, with his insane talent and visuals, it sent ATINY’s hearts racing!
Following the release of the video, Studio Choom released some behind-the-scenes footage from the recording. During the video, fans got to see Wooyoung preparing for his performance and answer questions about his career.
One of the first questions was the age-old question, “What made you start dancing?”
Like many idols, it seems as if Wooyoung’s love for dancing came from a specific moment. Wooyoung explained that this desire came from a field trip he went on where he got to perform.
The first performance I did was NS Yoon-G sunbaenim and Jay Park sunbaenim’s ‘If you love me.’ I prepared a couple of dances and went on stage.

For Wooyoung, it was not just the feeling of being on stage that made him fall in love with dancing and confirmed that his dream was to become an idol.
When I went on stage, I heard my friends calling out my name. I hadn’t been living for long but, out of my 14-15 years of life, it was the most impactful memory. I thought, ‘I should become an idol.’

Getting on stage during that trip was the moment that made Wooyoung realize his dreams, and ATINY are glad that he did. Since debuting, Wooyoung has won the hearts of fans with his talent, charisma, and charm, making him a vital part of the group!
