BLACKPINK’s Jennie Exposes The Reality Of K-Pop Idols’ Airport Fashion
K-Pop idols continually gain attention for their incredibly aesthetic airport fashion. BLACKPINK, for instance, are continually impressing fans with their fashion sense.
But in a recent vlog about BLACKPINK’s BORN PINK world tour and their Coachella performance in the middle of the tour, Jennie exposed the reality of idol’s airport fashion.
At the start of her vlog, Jennie showed fans that BLACKPINK was traveling to Las Vegas for Coachella.
And she joked about how her manager chose to hand her the camera to film her vlog after she had changed outfits.

But in her vlog, Jennie shared that she changed outfits to be in “flight mode,” understandably wanting to be as comfortable as possible for the long flight. Which is why the outfit in her vlog differed from what fans had previously seen.
She even planned to take off her makeup to ensure she was taking care of her skin “once the flight takes off…”
And while Jennie might have felt that it was “a pity” to show a more comfortable side of herself on the flight after having “put in a lot of effort…”
Anyone who has traveled on a plane can understand her desire to prioritize comfort.
