BLACKPINK’s Jisoo Had The Most Relatable Reaction To Losing A Naming Battle Against Her Members
BLACKPINK began their 24/365 with BLACKPINK journey with a prologue released last June. They shared their recent activities and what they hoped to experience in the new show.
One of the highlights of the episode was when they picked the name of their program, with MC Jisoo explaining, “Now that we know what we want to do, we have to decide on the program title. Any ideas, guys?”
The battle to have their title chosen by fans began as they separated into two teams: Jisoo and Rosé against Jennie and Lisa.
They put their heads together and took the challenge seriously, consulting each other nonstop.

Finally, they showed off their final boards. The suggestion of Jisoo and Rosé was to name the program “BEHIND THE PINKS”, a play on the words “behind the scenes” and the nickname “Pinks” that fans gave the girls of BLACKPINK.
Jisoo also suggested “BLACKPINK LOG” because “we’ll be filming our daily lives like a VLOG”.
Lisa and Jennie, meanwhile, wrote down “BLACKPINK Doc” and “BLACKPINK Reality” for the same reason.
The winning name, however, was Lisa’s suggestion: “24/365 with BLACKPINK”.
It’s part of our lyrics so I thought I’d incorporate it.

Though Jisoo originally supported the maknae‘s victory…
…she eventually started to sulk, saying, “I thought I was going to win”.
An even bigger worry hit her: “Hold up. Who got the least votes?”
Like the relatable girl that she is, she decided that if she couldn’t be first place, then she shouldn’t be last either!
