BLACKPINK’s Rosé Was Escorted By 2 Men At The Met Gala—Here’s All You Need To Know About Them
BLACKPINK‘s Rosé was a popular guest at the prestigious 2021 Met Gala, where only the top designers, models, and celebrities were invited to participate. As the global ambassador of luxury brand Saint Laurent, Rosé was given a highly sought-after invitation.
As fans may have noticed, she was escorted by two men at the event—one on the way to the venue…
…and another inside the venue itself. If you’re curious to know more about them, read on!
The name of the first man is Emmanuel Tomasini. According to his bio on Instagram, he is an executive in Saint Laurent. Rosé is one of the few people he follows on the social media platform.
More specifically, he is the WW VIP Director of the brand.
Emmanuel Tomasini started working for Saint Laurent in December of 2018. Previously, he was the Creative Director – CEO of TOMASINI PARIS and the Global Communication Director of Giuseppe Zanotti Design.
He is fluent in French, English, and Italian.
At the actual event, Rosé was escorted by Anthony Vaccarello, a Belgian fashion designer and the current creative director of Saint Laurent.

Prior to his position as creative director, Anthony Vaccarello held the same title at Versus Versace and designed his own fashion line.
He and Rosé met in 2019 when she attended a Saint Laurent event during Paris Fashion Week.
Not only are they close enough to text each other frequently, Rosé even visited his home in Los Angeles a few months ago!
Rosé is definitely a Saint Laurent favorite to have had two top executives escorting her at the Met Gala!
