BLACKPINK is no stranger to breaking records. What makes them stand out, perhaps, is that they continue to do so month after month.
Their most recent comeback, “Kill This Love”, will soon gain 600 million views.
Their song “BOOMBAYAH” reached 700 million views on September 11, making it the first K-Pop debut music video to do so.
It now joins the coveted rank of the only other two K-Pop Group MVs to reach 700 million: BTS’s “DNA” and BLACKPINK’s “DDU-DU-DDU-DU.”
“DDU-DU-DDU-DU” is further gearing up to reach 1 billion views, which will make it the first K-Pop Group MV to reach this milestone.
