BTS‘s members have millions of adoring fans, and some of those fans are celebrities in their own right.
From singers and actors to athletes and models, BTS have attracted many famous (and gorgeous) ARMYs, who aren’t shy about declaring their love for the group. One of these beauties is Do Ha Yeon, the 2020 winner of the Miss Global Korea beauty pageant.
Do Ha Yeon, who was crowned for both “inner beauty” and “intelligence,” won first place and, with it, the responsibility of representing South Korea as an ambassador during her reign.
This all-rounder is a beauty queen, a rhythmic gymnastics athlete, and a big fan of BTS.
In an interview, Do Ha Yeon chose BTS’s V as her ideal type when asked if she prefers “buff” or “handsome” men.
She said, “A handsome man with good vibes like V.” (Same, girl. Same.)
Do Ha Yeon isn’t the only beauty pageant winner who stans BTS. Hanna Kim, aka Miss Universe Korea 2022, also revealed her bias.
She’s a model, accomplished ballerina, former English teacher, and skilled linguist. Having lost her father to cancer at just 19 years old, Hana Kim wanted to use her Miss Universe Korea platform to support those affected by cancer.
During a fan Q&A, Hana Kim answered fan questions about her career, ballet, her favorite K-Pop artists, and more. As it turns out, she’s a certified ARMY who found comfort in BTS’s music when she needed it most.
I’m an ARMY, I’m a huge fan of BTS. I love their songs, their performance, but also what they speak for. They actually speak for a lot of different people [who are] suffering, who’ve lost hope. When I was having a hard time in my life, their songs gave me hope so I really love them.

She later revealed her BTS bias, Jungkook, in a video with Miss Universe Cambodia 2022, Manita Hang, by showing off her customized phone case and phone wallpaper.

Last, but definitely not least, may we present Megan Young. This gorgeous actress, model, and TV personality became the first Filipina to win the Miss World title in 2013.
She went the extra (and we do mean extra) mile to prove her love for BTS by doing Jin‘s iconic “Super Tuna” dance with her husband. She posted this photo to her Instagram last January.
Naturally, ARMYs wanted to know her bias, and she was happy to answer in the comments. Megan Young and her husband love all of BTS’s members, but they singled out Jin…
…and RM.
Long story short, beauty queens have a knack for recognizing true beauty — both inside and out!
