Before enlisting, the group members, including Jungkook, wrapped up their final plans, including meet-ups with other idol friends.

Jungkook shared that he and Mingyu met for a “bye-bye” drink together before the SEVENTEEN member left for tour. This led fans to theorize that the idol might have changed his schedule to see Jungkook.

Recently, fans got more details about Jungkook’s possible last meet-up with another iconic 97-liner!

During his second to last live stream, Jungkook mentioned that ASTRO‘s Cha Eunwoo had gifted him a watch commonly used by military personnel and a letter.

Following Jimin and Jungkook’s joint enlistment, a fan shared that they had spotted Jungkook and Eunwoo’s signatures at SoCooriChon, a restaurant located in Gangnam.

While it is unclear when this meeting occurred, most, including the OP, have guessed it was when Jungkook received the watch and letter from Eunwoo. Jungkook’s signature also features the word “Golden,” which he only began using after the release of his solo album.
