BTS’s Jungkook And Harry Styles Wore The Same Look But Served Totally Different Vibes
BTS‘s Jungkook and English singer Harry Styles aren’t afraid to push boundaries with their music or their fashion.
Gender norms? They defy them. In Vanity Fair, Jungkook is quoted as saying, “Wearing anything you like, regardless of gender.” He wears what he likes and feels comfortable in.
Likewise, Harry Styles marches to the beat of his own drum. He made headlines when he confidently wore this Gucci dress for Vogue magazine.
Although Jungkook and Harry Styles’ fashion choices vary, they once wore the same look while giving off completely different vibes. In 2018, Jungkook wore a sheer shirt with classic slacks for Version E of BTS’s LOVE YOURSELF: Answer album.
He brought youthful whimsy and innocence to this magical set, expressing the mood through soft eyes and princely poses.
At the 2019 Met Gala, Harry Styles walked the pink carpet in an elegant black ensemble by Gucci designer Alessandro Michele. The sheer top showed off the singer’s tattoos, giving Harry Styles a glam-rock aesthetic.
On the other hand, Jungkook wore a glittery shirt beneath his sheer top and, at the time, he didn’t have any tattoos yet.
Like Jungkook, Harry Styles paired his sheer top with solid black pants but opted for chunky men’s heels instead of more traditional dress shoes.
Both stars finished off their looks with single, statement earrings that add an aristocratic grace to their frilly looks.
