BTS Reveal They Were Ridiculed Each Time They Talked About Their Goals And Dreams
While BTS has achieved worldwide fame, they recently revealed that a lot of people ridiculed them in the past when they talked about their goals and dreams.
During their guest appearance on Immortal Songs 2: Singing the Legend, the members were asked about what their next goal is.
RM answered by talking about how they have a long history when it comes to their goals and ambitions.
RM shared that in the past, J-Hope mentioned that he wanted to win a Daesang and that they received a lot of backlash for it. Even the members themselves told J-Hope not to say such things, as they didn’t think they could win a Daesang in the past.
When BTS started accumulating more fame, Suga started to set goals like topping the Billboard Hot 100 chart and winning a GRAMMY. However, the members doubted themselves when Suga said things like this, as they didn’t think that this was entirely possible.
Jimin shared that the members often laughed at themselves, as they didn’t think that they could achieve some of the goals they set.
Suga then revealed that a lot of people made fun of them whenever they talked about their dreams and goals, and he didn’t understand why.
However, the members used all of this as fuel to motivate themselves to achieve their goals.
The members concluded by speaking about how their goal now is to win a GRAMMY.
