BTS’s RM Reveals What He Ate On His Cheat Day… And Why He Regretted It
BTS‘s RM has been gaining a lot of attention due to his new bulked-up physique.
To achieve this, RM has been working out diligently and dieting.
I went for a health screening and my weight went from 70.1 kg to 73.6 kg and my skeletal muscle mass went up 3.5! Exercising a little bit this year was worth it. I’ve been on my diet for five days…my current body fat percentage is 15% and I’m trying to hit 10% so I plan on working out five days out of the week. FYI Jungkook’s body fat percentage is 10% (…jealous). Ah fighting

RM recently revealed that he had a cheat day, where he decided to shy away from his regular diet, and he ended up regretting it.
In their BE-hind Story video for BE, BTS answered various questions. One question they were asked was, “What have you been doing lately? Tell us what you’ve been up to.”
When it was RM’s turn to share, he revealed that he ate ramen the day before.
The members then teased RM a bit, as people who eat ramen tend to look swollen or bloated the day after. Jin even stated that he thought that RM was crying due to how swollen his face got.
RM then teased himself, as he stated, “Yesterday was my cheat day, but it was more like a hit on my face.”
Due to how swollen his face got, RM decided that he’s never going to eat ramen for his cheat days.
Suga then added that RM ate a lot of noodles on his cheat day, saying that he ate jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles) for lunch and ramen for dinner!
Due to his cheat day, RM shared that the diet plan he’s been keeping for the week is now “useless”.
