BTS’s V Reveals That One Of Their Slogans Came From His Father
The BTS members often receive advice from their parents, and V once revealed the saying that his father said that stuck with them!
During BTS’s guest appearance on tvN‘s You Quiz On The Block, V spoke about how much his father helped him during his trainee days.
Being a trainee was so hard that I called him crying. When I told him I wanted to quit, he told me, ‘If it’s too hard, you can quit. There are lots of other jobs. Let’s look for one together.’ I had nothing to say to that. I felt embarrassed that I said that in the first place. As time passed, those words touched me.

After V shared this, RM shared that one of their slogans came from V’s father!
V then revealed that the saying is “geumeusirakko,” which means “no big deal.”
Whenever the members have a hardship, they tell themselves, “No big deal, we can overcome it again.”
MC Yoo Jae Suk then threw in some humor and said that viewers might think they should start thinking like this, but it would probably not work the same way it does for BTS!
