Here’s What Went Through ENHYPEN Sunghoon’s Mind When He Won “Best Couple Award” With IVE’s Wonyoung
On December 25, ENHYPEN‘s Sunghoon and IVE‘s Wonyoung were crowned Best Couple at the 2021 KBS Entertainment Awards.
They were recognized for their insane chemistry as hosts of Music Bank, a role that they took on since October 2021.
In an interview with Weverse Magazine, Sunghoon talked about what went through his mind when he received the award. He admitted that he felt extremely nervous to be in the same room as many famous people.
To be honest, I was really nervous being right next to people I’ve only ever seen on the screen, since it wasn’t a music awards show.

“So I purposely tried to look into the camera and not look down,” he said with a laugh. True to his words, he only looked away from the camera occasionally!
Continuing, Sunghoon remembered wishing that his ENHYPEN members were there with him to accept the award. He made sure to mention them in his acceptance speech.
I was wishing the other members were with me at that moment, so I talked about them and ENGENE since I missed them all.

In spite of his nervousness, Sunghoon received the award without a hitch and made fans proud.
