Fiestar Jei shows off impressive butt strengthening exercise
There are several ways to keep in shape, and one popular practice among females is yoga.
In a video that recently received attention, FIESTAR member Jei demonstrates to viewers the exercise she uses to strengthen her gluteus maximus muscles (her butt). The exercise she demonstrates is also great for strengthening the back and core.
The clip is originally from the television show Follow Me 5 (2015) in which viewers can watch a celebrity’s daily activities including their exercise, how they manage their eating portions and more.
FIESTAR made a comeback as a group earlier this summer, releasing the single Apple Pie. Additionally, they recently celebrated their 4th anniversary since debuting.
