(G)I-DLE’s Shuhua Is Afraid During Her Solo Shoot But Soyeon Comes To Her Rescue
In a recent video uploaded to their YouTube channel, (G)I-DLE gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at their jacket shooting for their first full-length album I NEVER DIE.
The video is filled with the members’ adorable interactions, like Minnie and Yuqi jokingly bickering about who suits pink hair better…
… Minnie wanting to wear high heels…
… and Miyeon and Suyeon teasing Yuqi about her outfit.
But one exceptionally heartwarming interaction is when Shuhua was doing a solo shoot, posing with a lighter.
Although Shuhua looks incredibly fierce in the picture, staring down the camera…
… It was a different story behind-the-scenes.
In the video, Shuhua explains that she’s afraid of fire, so the shoot was scary for her.
She couldn’t light the lighter herself, so she had to have the staff help her.
The lighter itself “was scary and very hot.”
So Shuhua felt “a bit embarrassed while shooting it” because of her fear.
But fortunately, Shuhua was able to get through her shoot with incredible results, not only because of her stunning visuals but because “Soyeon came and helped” her.
Soyeon both shares praise for Shuhua during the shoot, cheering her on.
And gives her suggestions for improving her poses to look even better.
Soyeon even makes sure to compliment Shuhua while she’s posing with the lighter, calling her “pretty.”
Shuhua is definitely loved by her unnies, and Soyeon certainly gave her the courage she needed to get through the shoot.
