Goo Hara appeared on tvN’s Seoulmate, a popular show connecting foreigners and celebrities to become roommates.
On the latest episode on January 3, Goo Hara welcomed three guests into her newly bought loft-style condominium in Paragon Vill, located in the affluent neighborhood of Nonhyeon-dong, near Gangnam Station.
Goo Hara’s home is 182 ㎡ in size, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and estimated to be at least $1 million at closing. The interior has been remodeled to a modern chic design to fit Goo Hara’s tastes and preferences. She lives here with her three cats and a dog.
Goo Hara is well known for her smart real estate investments. In 2012, she bought an old residential property for $1 million, turned it into a stylish three-story commercial building, and sold it back for a double of the original price. And aside from her Paragon Vill condo, she currently owns a five-story residential building, purchased at $3 million and leased out as studio apartments that collect around $15K in rent each month.
Goo Hara is indeed one of the wealthiest, as well as the most successful real estate investors among the Korean celebrities her age.
