GOT7’s Jay B Is The Perfect Example Of What A Leader Does For Their Group — Here’s The Proof
GOT7‘s leader, Jay B shared insight on what his schedule looked like. He updated Ahgases by posting a paragraph to his Instagram Stories.
Since GOT7 left JYP Entertainment, Jay B took his position as a leader very seriously. He explained that he has been studying business to be better equipped to handle legalities and paperwork so that GOT7 would be able to release songs as soon as possible.
I really wanted to release the song [“Encore”] so I’ve been taking care of all the documents needed, distribution, trademark transfer, practical things, etc. I sorted it out all the while learning [more] about these things.

Jay B seemed concerned that fans might mistakenly think he is not doing much. He assured fans that while it sometimes looks like he’s not active, he has been very busy behind-the-scenes.
It’s not something that’s been revealed, but I thought that if would be good if [you guys] knew what I’ve been up to so… You can see it like I’ve done everything a leader should do.

Since he’s been focused on handling paperwork, Jay B hadn’t had much free time to himself. He expressed his desire to work on his own projects too.
His Instagram Stories update makes a lot of sense now. He posted the selfie above with the words, “My head is gonna explode.” Knowing that he’s been working with legal documents, it’s no wonder he felt overwhelmed!
Ahgases are using social media platforms, such as Twitter, to express their appreciation for Jay B’s hard work, especially during GOT7’s transition. It’s no question he is an amazing leader.

Jaebeom took care of GOT7 ever since they left the company with the paperwork for trademark transfer, distribution and anything to get them running again normally when they comeback. Yea he’s literally the best leader in kpop.
