GOT7’s Jackson Reveals His Exact Daily Diet, From Cabbage Smoothies To Junk Food
From performing on stage to managing his new clothing brand, GOT7’s Jackson Wang is always on the go. In a recent video for Harper’s Bazaar, he revealed the exact daily diet that fuels him for his busy life. With plenty of greens and protein, Jackson’s diet is the nutritious lifestyle so many of us aspire to—but even he treats himself to junk food sometimes.
Breakfast
The first thing Jackson does when we wakes up is head straight to the kitchen to whip up a nutritious, energy-boosting “detox shake”. He blends together fresh grapes, strawberries, oranges, apples, pears, and even cabbage to create the concoction, adding honey for sweetness and ice for that smoothie texture.
Coffee
On days when Jackson has a work schedule, he revealed he likes to drink an ice americano after his breakfast shake. The coffee, he says, reduces the bloated look he has in the mornings.
Lunch
When Jackson’s out and about, his go-to lunch is a salad. Or rather, two salads. Jackson says this is how he boosts his vitamins and greens for the day.
On the weekends, sometimes he treats himself to a “cheat meal” in the form of a burger or a pizza. When he eats burgers, he takes the top bun off to make it a little healthier.
Mid-Day Snacks
Like most people, Jackson enjoys snacks throughout the day to keep his hunger at bay. Usually, he opts for healthy snacks like bananas. But sometimes, he gives into candy like the rest of us.
Dinner
Jackson’s work schedule tends to be all over the place, so he doesn’t always eat dinner at a set time. His typical dinner is meat—of any kind—and Cloudy Bay white wine.
Jackson says he tries to avoid carbs where possible, and spicy food is an absolute no.
Late Night Snacks
If Jackson needs a pick me up after dinner, his typical pick is a delicious glass of honey water.
