2 “Insufferable” New K-Drama Characters Are Getting On Everybody’s Nerves
Despite its cast of talented actors, the slice-of-life romantic comedy that is Welcome to Samdal-ri has disappointed many K-Drama viewers. Part of that is the characters—two of which have been particularly “annoying” to viewers.
The character that viewers have been most vocal about disliking is Bu Sang Do (played by actor Kang Young Seok).
Viewers noted how realistic Bu Sang Do’s actions were but didn’t feel it was necessary to include his character when there were plenty of other exciting plotlines to focus on. They even questioned why the character existed in the first place.

One viewer earned agreement from others when saying Bu Sang Do’s character should’ve been removed altogether for a better K-Drama. He wasn’t the only one disliked by fans, either.

Viewers of the show also had a bone to pick with Cho Sang Tae (played by actor Yu Oh Seong).
Like Bu Sang Do, viewers would’ve preferred if the drama focused on other characters instead of using so many scenes to flesh out Cho Sang Tae’s storyline.
