Jessi Was Not Afraid To Lash Out At Haters During A Live Broadcast
Over the years, Jessi has never been afraid to confront her critics, even if those critics happen to be fellow artists in the entertainment industry. During a livestream, the rapper made it clear that she would her haters’ energy, if necessary.

Some of these call outs happened on Instagram and during livestreams. “Excuse me but who is you?” Jessi once posted, telling critics to mind their own business and get their facts straight via her caption and hashtags.
Jessi also addressed the ongoing hate she was receiving at the time during her Instagram live, specifically calling out male artists.
See, it’s like all these male artists trying to hate. They’re like, ‘Oh, I’m hip-hop, I’m hip-hop’ like because [they] give me a finger. Bitch, I’ll give you one back, I’m not scared…I’m not scared, like, since when was I, when was I like an innocent girl, like, I never said I was innocent…

“How is a guy going to hate on a girl?” Jessi went on, calling the behavior of these male artists “lame.” At the time, Jessi was receiving hate from some critics just for being a female rapper.

Although some fans praised Jessi’s response, others weren’t a fan of how she handled the situation.
