“The King: Eternal Monarch” Faces Viewer Criticism With Its “Subpar Quality Computer Graphics”
With five episodes in, SBS‘s highly-anticipated show The King: Eternal Monarch — starring big names like actor Lee Min Ho and actress Kim Go Eun — has been the talk amongst avid K-Drama lovers.
A particular scene in the latest episode, however…
… caused some viewers to criticize the show’s subpar computer graphics.
Many commented on the “unreal size of the horse“…
… and the overall “fake and awkward” vibe of the scene.
So far, The King: Eternal Monarch has been maintaining an average viewer rating of around 8-10%. Viewers have been, slowly but steadily, warming up to the “confusing” plot involving the parallel universes of the Republic of Korea and the Empire of Corea.
Will the heightened chemistry between Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun be able to keep the viewers hooked, despite the graphics? Stay tuned to find out.
