Since their comeback in June 2022, which was followed by the announcement that the members would each be focusing on their individual activities as the seven began planning for their mandatory military service, the BTS members have each shown a new side of themselves to fans through their solo activities.

During each member’s solo promotions, their fellow BTS members have shown their support, proving their close bond.

While many of the members have had dance challenges accompany their solo releases, there has been one BTS member notably absent from dance challenge trends in general, and that’s BTS’s leader, RM.

While RM hasn’t filmed a dance challenge yet, fans are hopeful he will join a fellow K-Pop idol and labelmate for one soon after he answered a fan’s question during his Weverse live.

During the live, an ARMY asked him if he would film a dance challenge video with his junior labelmates TXT, who recently released their studio album, The Name Chapter: Freefall, in October.

RM answered that if TXT’s leader, Soobin, asked him to do a dance challenge with him, he would accept.

RM and Soobin share a close bond as labelmates and share the experience of being leaders of their respective groups.

Soobin has revealed how meaningful RM’s guidance and kindness have been to him, and it seems the TXT leader may possibly become the first idol to film a rare dance challenge with RM.

Fans are hopeful that the two will collaborate soon.
