Krystal Discovers She’s Allergic To One Of The Most Common Food In The World, But She Makes One Exception
One of the greatest joys in life is food, but unfortunately for singer-actress Krystal, she recently learned that she’s allergic to one of the most commonly found food in the world. It’s used in all kinds of meals across different cultures, and it’s a basic dish on its own!
The Crazy Love actress talked about the allergy in a vlog detailing her time in the city of Nice, France, as she attended the 2023 Cannes Film Festival.
Following a day of sight seeing, she ate breakfast at her hotel.
What food is it? It’s none other than eggs! As she ate her meal, she explained that she is slightly allergic to eggs and yogurt. She only learned about it after taking an allergy test a year ago. Because of her body’s reaction to them, she has decided to change her breakfast routine for good.
I usually have yogurt and eggs for breakfast, you know? But when I took an allergy test a year ago, I had a bit of an allergic reaction to those two, so I haven’t been eating those for a year.

But she makes one exception—she still eats bread even if it’s made with eggs. “But of course I can’t help but eat the eggs used to make bread,” she added.
