A Famous Korean Actress’s Boyfriend Was “Taken” From Her By A Gay Male Celebrity
One K-Drama star encountered a plot twist in her love story that left her devasted and heartbroken.
Lee Jung Hyun is a singer and actress, who starred in Netflix‘s Parasyte: The Grey series (2024) and the 2022 movie Limit. She became known as “the Techno Queen” after introducing techno music to South Korea and also “The Queen of Transformation” for her chameleon-like way of changing her appearance to match different concepts.
Though many stars choose to keep their love lives private, Lee once spoke about her heartbreak in an interview. “I was in a relationship with a guy,” she said, “who ended up being taken from me by a male celebrity who was gay.” Lee, who witnessed a romantic moment between her boyfriend and the celebrity, was taken completely off guard.

“It was a huge shock that I couldn’t handle at such a young age,” she said, revealing the impact that moment had on her life. “I ended up living like a wreck for a while. I never wanted to see either of them again. Fortunately, I’ve never run into them, not even once.”
When asked if the male celebrity in question and her ex-boyfriend were still active in the entertainment industry, the actress confirmed that they were. However, she did not divulge details that would identify either of them. According to Lee, her ex-boyfriend had not come out yet.
