How To Make Korean Egg Fried Rice With Just THREE Ingredients
Being stuck at home when all the restaurants are closed can be a bad time, whether you live by yourself, don’t have a penchant for cooking without setting the kitchen on fire, or you just don’t like what’s available at home. 🤷
With just three simple ingredients, you can whip up this tasty, delicious, mouth-watering Korean egg fried rice with minimal effort (and also, probably not burn down the house). All you need is eggs, leeks, and rice.
First, you’ll want to chop the leeks…
… Before mixing the eggs and rice well in a stainless steel bowl.
Oil a hot frying pan, before adding the leeks.
Make sure to gently push around the leeks so that they don’t burn!
Add your egg and rice mixture to the frying pan…
… Before adding a dollop of butter to add a bit of creamy, salty flavor.
Other seasonings are added, including sauce and spices, however, in times where resources might be scarce, it’s OK to stick to just the three basic ingredients.
