Meet The Man Called “China’s Kim Kardashian” Who Lives An Ultra-Luxurious Lifestyle
There is a man in China who is said to be similar to American celebrity Kim Kardashian.
In an interview with Phoenix News, influencer Wang Hong Quan Xing revealed that he owns seven homes located in Star River, a luxury Beijing residential compound.
As further proof of his wealth, he never goes out unless he is wearing an outfit worth at least $1.4 million USD. He also has eight employees, half of which follow him around to ensure his protection. Kim Kardashian, similarly, often flaunts her wealth through her clothes, properties, and dedicated staff.

Wang is not shy to post about his lavish lifestyle on social media to his over 4.2 million followers on Douyin. He earned respect from his fans for always being honest about his wealth and intentions. When asked why he wants to be an influencer despite already being rich, for instance, he simply replied that he desires attention. His wealth makes up for his self-proclaimed average looks.
I don’t care how much I can make. I just want to be in the spotlight.
— Wang Hong Quan Xing
One fan summarized the consensus of his followers, saying, “He is more real than most celebrities, true to his desire for money and fame, and acknowledging his inferiority complex despite owning so much more than ordinary people.”
Wang Hong Quan Xing grew to fame after posting a video of himself on his knees in front of his mother, asking for money. Viewers found his subservient behavior amusing considering his expensive clothing and the lavish background of his mansion.
The influencer’s wealth comes from his family’s coal mining business which later grew to a jadeite jewelry business.
He also has his own business ventures. He recently inaugurated a 1,000 square meter boutique called Quranus which is located in the heart of Shanghai’s luxury district. Popular celebrities like Christy Chung and Wu Chun attended the event.
Despite having many famous friends, he is careful to keep his eyes open to possible deceit. He acknowledged that many stars befriend him just to get discounts on jewelry, calling them “hypocrites who live a fake life.”
Wang Hong Quan Xing currently posts glimpses of his daily life such as visits from jewelry dealers showcasing their latest collections and haute couture brands taking his measurements for bespoke pieces.
