MONSTA X’s Kihyun And Hyungwon Are Closer Than You Think, And Their Spontaneous Trip Together Proves It
MONSTA X‘s Kihyun and Hyungwon may not always seem like the closet pair due to their back and forth teasing, but MONBEBE know it’s all just an act.
Kihyun and Hyungwon are known for their “Tom and Jerry” type of relationship. Even so, fans know that they care for each other a lot.
Last year, Hyungwon even revealed that the he and Kihyun had taken a trip together by themselves. The other members didn’t even know!

Since then, Kihyun and Hyungwon have been spotted working out together and just generally enjoying each other’s company.

Now, Kihyun has revealed in an interview with Teen Vogue how their impromptu trip came to be.
When talking about the theme of his debut solo album VOYAGER, Kihyun mentioned that he likes trips without plans.
I love to be freely walking down the street and, whenever I see a good restaurant or a good place, just enter it. For instance, last time I was talking to Hyungwon, and all of a sudden we were like, ‘do you want to go to this place?’ And we just drove there, in the middle of the night.

Fans find it cute that Kihyun and Hyungwon always seem to figure out a way to mention the other. This trip, to fans, proves the duos’ strong relationship. Though they bicker, they’re really not beating the best friend allegations anytime soon. MONBEBE love to see it.
