Spoiler Alert
The spiritual sequel to Netflix‘s In The Name of God: A Holy Betrayal docuseries, Dancing for the Devil: The 7M TikTok Cult, is leaving a lasting impression on viewers.

The abuse endured by the Lee sisters is one of the docuseries’ most shocking revelations. Melanie Lee alleges that the married “Man of God” tried to persuade her to become his “mistress” and tried to coerce her into having sex with another member of the church. Melanie Lee fled in 2011 before either could happen, but Priscylla Lee stayed behind, believing she would go to Hell if she left. She endured a decade of grooming and sexual abuse before finally cutting ties with Shinn in 2022.
