He shocked the hosts when he continually moved it in and out of his mouth with his eyes closed. The way he sucked the lollipop sparked the gay rumors, as it resembled a sexual act to viewers.
So, Shim Hyung Tak clarified that he’s not gay while on Radio Star. He explained that he was attempting to color his tongue blue since his favorite character, Doraemon, is blue. The actor is known to be a fanatic of this animated character, showing his love for Doraemon on many occasions.
The candy is called ‘Paint Candy’. The purpose of the candy is to try and paint your tongue a certain color. That’s why I ate it like that. It’s fun to show other people your tongue after you color it.
