Influencer Drops Before vs. After Pictures of Head-To-Toe Plastic Surgery After Being Called “Ugly” By Ex-Boyfriend
A nurse-turned-influencer, @rararachan6655 on X (Twitter), shared before-and-after pictures of her head-to-toe cosmetic procedures, going mega-viral in Japan and across Asia.
@rararachan6655, or “Lala”, explained in a tweet with over 5M views that she worked extra hard to save up before traveling to South Korea for a full transformation costing $126K USD.
I lost 6 kilograms by fasting for three weeks, worked a side job without sleep while working as a nurse to scrape together money, went to Korea alone, and paid over ₩170 million KRW (about $127,000 USD) for bone cutting and full body plastic surgery despite never having been on a plane and not knowing a foreign language, etc.

According to Heraldcorp, a South Korean news outlet that reported on Rara’s transformation, the influencer was driven to get extensive procedures because her ex-boyfriend dumped her and called her “ugly.”
Five years ago, right after I started working as a nurse, I got dumped by my ex-boyfriend. At the time, I wasn’t into taking care of myself, and I was overweight.

Just live your life however you like. But if you don’t like the current situation, you have to make up your mind and work hard. If you don’t work hard, your life will remain the same. The more you work hard, the brighter your future will be. That’s life.
I’m saying this because I used to be ugly. I’ve been living a servile life with insecurities about my appearance, but when I made up my mind and tried hard, I was able to change so much. I’m just saying that you don’t have to change, but if you try hard, good things will come out of it.
