“Boys Planet” Contestant’s Visual Difference After Debut Becomes A Hot Topic

Boys Planet may have ended last year, but many participants have remained in the spotlight in various ways. As show winners ZEROBASONE promote, other trainees on the show have been able to make their debut (or re-debut in some cases) in newly formed groups.

Recently, one of the re-debuted contestants has caught attention for his change in visuals.

Yoon Jongwoo originally debuted as Ze:U in the boy group Black Level under VT Entertainment. Just nine months after their debut, Jongwoo and two other group members parted ways with the company.

Jongwoo was announced as one of the competitors on Boys Planet in December 2022. Throughout the show, the idol maintained enough popularity to make it to its last episode.

Ultimately, the idol placed 18th, meaning he did not make the final group. Many fans were overjoyed when it was announced that Jongwoo would debut as a member of One Pact, a group under ARMADA Entertainment comprising several eliminated Boys Planet contestants.

Over the last few months, many netizens have discussed how Jongwoo’s visuals have changed since his second debut. Recently, a tweet featuring him and One Pact member Yedam, who also has experienced a change in visuals, went viral with over 2.5 million views.

The tweet compared their visuals to their past looks, implying they got plastic surgery.
