Where Is He Now? The Original “Face Genius” K-Pop Idol Before ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo
ASTRO‘s Cha Eun Woo‘s perfectly symmetrical features and good looks have given him the title of K-Pop’s “face genius.” His expressive features led him to become one of the most popular K-Pop idols who successfully transitioned into a sought-after K-Drama actor. Before Cha Eun Woo was touted as the “face genius” idol, another K-Pop idol was revered for his flawless visuals.
He is Yoo Ho Seok, better known as Evan, the lead vocalist of Click-B, a 7-member boy group formed in 1999.
Many fans loved his handsome visuals and good singing skills during his active years as a performer. Some netizens recall and praised his looks, calling him “the original face genius before Cha Eun Woo.”
Evan left the group in 2002 and went to study in the US. He returned to the entertainment scene in 2007 and has since embarked on a solo career, still using Evan as his stage name.
After separating in 2002, Click-B had a comeback in 2015 and released the single “Reborn.”
In 2019, Evan was wed to his non-celebrity girlfriend, who is seven years younger than him.
Evan now has a daughter and released endearing photos taken with his wife and daughter on his Instagram account. He wrote, “She was so small that I used to be scared even to hold her, but to think it’s almost been a year… Super precious Rang-ie! You’re so pretty that dad just can’t stop.”
