Taiwanese model Fang Qi Yuan, with an Instagram following surpassing 1.22 million, shared disturbing details from a recent X-ray of her face.
The image — posted on her personal Instagram — disclosed a 3cm nail embedded within her jaw implant. This was a remnant from a surgical procedure eight years prior, a fact she had only recently discovered.
The startling X-ray highlighted not only the nail but also three other facial implants, marking a significant history of cosmetic surgeries. The online community reacted with shock and dismay, expressing concern over the extensive modifications she had undergone and pondering how the nail could have been overlooked during surgery.
