The Reason For Yoo Jae Suk’s Success Is Also Why He Refuses To Open A YouTube Channel
After over a year of YouTube comments asking for him, Yoo Jae Suk finally made an appearance on Kim Jong Kook‘s channel 김종국 GYM JONG KOOK! He guested alongside Ji Suk Jin, uniting the three oldest members of the regular Running Man cast.
Immediately, the three of them began bickering and joking amongst themselves as true best friends do.
When they finally settled down, Kim Jong Kook was able to bring up some topics that generally aren’t talked about on other programs. Foremost among these is why Yoo Jae Suk hasn’t started a YouTube channel yet when it’s becoming more popular among celebrities to connect with their fans directly.
Yoo Jae Suk had a simple but firm reason. Knowing his personality, he could not bear to do anything halfheartedly. He refused to even begin unless he could dedicate his time to making the content as good as possible.
He thought of a YouTube channel as a separate program, similar to Running Man and Hangout with Yoo, so he didn’t want to settle for something with lower quality.
His content creator seniors Kim Jong Kook and Ji Suk Jin agreed that YouTube is meant to be taken lightly rather than always aiming for perfection.
Before exploring the idea further, Yoo Jae Suk’s naughty tendencies derailed them as he spilled coffee all over the table!
It’s not surprising that Yoo Jae Suk refuses to settle for anything less than the best, which is also why he’s remained at the top of the entertainment industry in South Korea for so long. Although his reason is admirable, many fans would love to see more direct interactions between Yoo Jae Suk and his celebrity friends.
