Last year, Glamour did a video with the ladies of Red Velvet. As part of the segment, the women were asked to do trust falls, which, as anyone who ever had to do it knows is very nerve-wracking, even when you have complete faith in whoever is supposed to catch you!
Joy leaned back with zero hesitation. Like, absolutely none. But, her members caught her, so all was right with the world.
When it came to the ever-so-adorable Seulgi bear, she also just went for it. She just leaned back and had a great laugh (probably tinged with relief) with everyone.
Wendy also went for it, and perhaps because of her height or maybe it was her relaxed aura, her trust fall didn’t seem as frightening and it was over before you could blink!
As for Yeri, her fall actually seemed the scariest, but she did it! 💪
Their leader, Irene, was, shockingly, the most hesitant to do the trust fall! Irene even catches herself because she can fall completely backward.
Bravely, she decides to give it another try and Red Velvet succeeds in catching her, although it’s still obvious that she’s, understandably, quite startled by the fall!
Were you shocked by who was afraid to do the trust fall? We were certainly surprised! Of course, the members of Red Velvet have such a tight bond that they likely weren’t bothered by the hesitation and it probably turned into a fun and funny memory for all of them. 😊
