BTS RM’s Past Cryptic Weverse Status Explained After The “Run BTS!” Teaser
BTS recently released a teaser clip for their upcoming special Run BTS! episode, and ARMYs quickly realized that it appeared to explain member RM‘s cryptic Weverse update from back in September.
BTS announced on August 1 that they would be releasing new episodes of Run BTS! after a ten-month break in the fun variety show.
The first new episode was released on August 16 as a two-part special, and it appears the upcoming episode will also have multiple parts for ARMYs’ enjoyment.
In the teaser, the group discussed what activities they should try in the video as the members threw out random answers. Suggestions were made for filming a game show, trying pole dancing, farming, going on a food tour, fencing, and, finally, maknae Jungkook‘s suggestion, flying yoga.
The clip immediately segued into the members learning how to do flying yoga, or aerial yoga, much to their confused mix of delight and disdain.
The fun and impressive activity seemingly defies gravity as participants are suspended in the air from a hammock.
At the end of the teaser clip, the members are all seen hanging upside down from the hammocks. Stickers of their faces concealed what they looked like as they hung in the air.
The potentially dangerous position had the members hanging upside down and viewers hanging on the edge of their seats, waiting to see the full moment in the episode being released on October 11.
ARMY super-sleuths traced the shirt RM was wearing in the teaser video back to a post the leader made on Weverse in September of this year.
RM posted two photos of himself doing a peace sign along with a caption that seemed odd at the time.
In the caption, RM was sharing that he was alive on Weverse while reporting he had survived.
🐨 reporting that I’m alive on Weverse* (survival report)
