What Stray Kids’ Lee Know And I.N Hope For 10 Years In The Future Might Surprise You
Stray Kids has been releasing their “2 Kids Room” episodes. It is a series on their YouTube channel where the members sit down in pairs and talk about everything from jokes about teasing each other to serious topics like their ambitions.
In the most recent episode, members Lee Know and I.N were paired up. And the other members, who all watch from behind a screen and add their commentary, commented a lot about the unusual pairing.
Although ultimately, all six other members agreed that Lee Know and I.N actually have a strong bond, they just aren’t as expressive about it.
And almost as if to prove how strong their bond was, Lee Know and I.N’s conversation wrapped up with a discussion of how they met five years ago.
Lee Know was 20 when the two first met.
And I.N was only 17.
They both were surprised by how long it has been already.
But Lee Know decided not to dwell on the past but rather to look ahead into the future. He asked Jeongin what he thought they would be doing ten years in the future.
He jokingly asked I.N to say something to 35-year-old Lee Know.
I.N immediately obliged him. Saying that in ten years, he hopes that “Lee Know’s joints are healthy enough to dance.”
But he quickly clarifies that he hopes they’re good enough that Lee Know can dance to the same capacity that he currently does and that he hopes Lee Know “always stay[s] the same!”
Lee Know is quick to voice his agreement, hoping that his joints also remain healthy.
Then Lee Know begins his message to 32-year-old I.N, offering that he think’s he’s still young even in his early thirties.
He continues by saying that he talks to people around him in their thirties, and they all “say they’re in their twenties at heart.”
And he continues his speech to future I.N sweetly, saying that even though they’ll be in their thirties, their mindset still will be the same as it is now.
But then, with I.N laughing at the side, Lee Know continues by speaking for a hopefully peaceful death long in the future.
And cheering that they should “live long!”
But I.N goes back to being serious, asking Lee Know if he genuinely thinks they’ll be able to dance the same way they do now, ten years in the future.
Lee Know believes that while they can still dance, they might not have the same kind of dances that Stray Kids currently perform.
But that won’t matter since as they age, their concept will change naturally, too.
And then Lee Know brings up a promise that Stray Kids made to their fans, saying that they’d still be performing for them even when they were in wheelchairs.
No matter what their future looks like, Stray Kids will definitely always be there to support each other.
