TXT’s Beomgyu Shares His Simple Source Of Happiness— It Serves As A Good Daily Reminder
TXT‘s Beomgyu‘s recently shared his source of happiness and the answer serves as an inspiring daily reminder.
TXT is currently promoting their recently released fourth EP, Minisode 2: Thursday’s Child. The members have been releasing individual interviews with Weverse Magazine to celebrate their latest comeback.
In his recent interview with Weverse Magazine, TXT’s Beomgyu reveals his thoughts behind their new song, “Good Boy Gone Bad,” his friendship with ENHYPEN‘s Heeseung, and how BTS‘s V inspires him.
The interview started by addressing Beomgyu’s previous sit-down with Weverse Magazine, where the idol said he has been working hard on loving himself. The interviewer asked how Beomgyu’s self-love mission was progressing, and he answered, “I think my sense of self-worth is higher now than it was back then, both physically and mentally.“
To be able to better love himself, he revealed that he became determined to set a goal and stick with it, saying he often sets goals and quickly loses his resolve. One of those goals was to cut back on the amount of time he spent gaming, which he has continued in moderation.
He shared that sticking to his goals has made him feel better about himself overall and that he feels healthier. In response to what his source of happiness is these days, Beomgyu thoughtfully answered,
Just everyday life. It doesn’t come from problems clearing up or doing anything special—I’m just happy living my everyday life. I didn’t have too many friends other than my members before, but lately I have more and more friends I can talk with and rely on, and that’s been a weight off my shoulders.
— Beomgyu
One of those friends is ENHYPEN’s Heeseung, who Beomgyu revealed he got to know better while preparing for a collaborative performance between their respective groups.
He continued, “I made more friends one by one, and now we can rely on each other and have fun together.” Beomgyu’s simple answer of finding happiness in everyday life and opening up more to those around him is inspiring. It is not easy to remember to find something for which you can be grateful in challenging times. His answer serves as a helpful daily reminder to find something to be thankful for every day.
His thoughtful answer and advice about being present and living in the moment will surely inspire MOAs to adopt the philosophy in their own lives. Fans acknowledged and showed love for Beomgyu’s insightful interview answers, saying they appreciated his emphasis on self-improvement.
I love how on beomgyu’s interview he keeps emphasizing that idols are human too and they’re not always happy and its normal to feel sad, that hardships are normal and can be overcomed, its just so real, a side of them they’re not afraid to show us cause they trust us 🥹 pic.twitter.com/UxhtUAL7bH
