TXT’s Yeonjun And Hueningkai Love Mint Chocolate But There’s One Mint Choco Food They Won’t Touch
When it comes to the K-Pop industry, there is one topic that might just cause the biggest debates amongst idols, and that is the concept of mint chocolate! From ATEEZ‘s San, GOT7′s Jay B, and many more, idols have shared their love for this choice while facing the wrath of their members.
Two other idols who have never been afraid to voice their love for the food are TXT‘s Yeonjun and Hueningkai.
In the past, they have shared their love for the taste, and fans even joked that this love was the reason for Hueningkai’s recent change in hair color!
Yet, it seems like one food is even too much for them! TXT recently appeared on a live broadcast after their concert, and spoke about everything, and answered questions from their fans!
In particular, the group was speaking about chicken at one point, and Yeonjun read a comment from a fan about the idea of mint-chocolate flavored chicken, and he seemed surprised and unable to believe it.
Yet, even Yeonjun and Hueningkai couldn’t seem to believe it. Yeonjun explained that, as much as he loved the flavor, this “crossed the line,” and Hueningkai added that even he couldn’t eat it.
When it came to trying to guess what it tastes like, Yeonjun thought it was probably crispy and refreshing at the same time, which is just the weirdest combination. Even the idea that it is just chicken with mint chocolate sauce poured over it seemed too much for all of the members.
They aren’t the first idols to discuss one of the weirdest combinations with mint chocolate.
NCT‘s Xiaojun and Jungwoo actually tried mint chocolate fried chicken in one of their videos. Xiaojun said, “This will let you truly feel the mint chocolate flavor.” They both had very different reactions to the taste, with Xiaojun laughing at the taste and Jungwoo describing it as “delicious.”
Like his friend Yeonjun, even ATEEZ’s Wooyoung shared that mint chocolate chicken was a step too far in a Twitter Space earlier in the year!
Whether you are team mint chocolate or not, there is no denying that combining it with chicken might be a bit too far! However, it definitely sounds interesting!
