TXT’s Yeonjun Tried To Wear Insoles Once, And It Went Hilariously Wrong
Though TXT‘s Yeonjun is around six feet tall, he once wanted to be just a bit taller and gave insoles a try. He shared how it went hilariously wrong and vowed never to do it again.
During an interview with GQ Korea, the magazine asked the idol for any funny moments about his styling that happened behind the scenes. One immediately came to mind for Yeonjun, who asked if it was okay to share it.
Since wearing insoles to make themselves taller is something idols don’t want to admit willingly, Yeonjun hesitated to admit he once tried them.
He quickly learned they had a significant drawback. Yeonjun said, “The insoles are really uncomfortable for me.”
They were so tough for Yeonjun to walk in that they stopped him from doing what he did best. He revealed, “I couldn’t focus on my dance.”
Because dancing is Yeonjun’s passion, he drew a hard line. He concluded, “So I’ve never inserted insoles when I go on stage. Since I want to focus on nothing but my dance, I don’t insert insoles in my shoes.”
While some people might think insoles are comfortable, Yeonjun learned the hard way it was the complete opposite for him. At least he could laugh about it and realize it wasn’t for him.
