This week saw the debut of Maroo Entertainment‘s new boy group, GHOST9, and fans are already impressed by the group’s lore-packed releases. Described as crossing reality with unreality and real with virtual, GHOST9 even has its own YouTube cartoon show, GLEEZ, based on popular series like Futurama and Adventure Time.

If you want to stan them, here’s everything you need to know about the nine members: Junhyung, Dongjun, Shin, Kangsung, Junseong, Prince, Woojin, Taeseung, and Jinwoo.

Junhyung

Junhyung (real name Son Junhyung) is GHOST9’s leader, lead dancer, and vocalist. Born on October 21, 2000, he’s currently 19 years old (international age).

Junhyung participated in MIXNINE, but he was eliminated in the first round. While on the show, he revealed that his role models are his dad and BIGBANG‘s Taeyang. Junhyung wanted to be a ballad singer as a child, but changed his dream to idol stardom after seeing Taeyang perform “Ringa Linga”.

Junhyung was also a dancer for Park Jihoon‘s 2019 L.O.V.E concert. His hobbies include exercising, walking, and gourmet tours.

Dongjun

Dongjun (real name Hwang Dongjun) is GHOST9’s lead vocalist and rapper. Born on September 7, 1999, he’s currently 21 years old (international age).

You may already know Dongjun by a different name—$ept Rabbit. He debuted as $ept Rabbit in September 2017 with a self-written song called “All I Need Is”, later singing a duet with KHAN‘s Euna Kim before joining GHOST9.

Dongjun loves watching movies and game videos, and his specialty is composing songs and raps. He’s worked on writing songs for Park Jihoon and B.O.Y among others.

Shin

Shin (real name Kim Suhyun) is GHOST9’s main dancer, rapper, and vocalist. Born on March 18, 2000, he’s currently 20 years old (international age).

Shin used to train under C9 Entertainment, and likely would’ve debuted as a member of CIX had he not joined Maroo Entertainment. His dance role models are Michael Jackson, EXO‘s Kai, and SHINee‘s Taemin.

Shin was a dancer for Park Jihoon‘s 2019 L.O.V.E concert. His hobbies include watching movies, playing baseball, skateboarding, and solving Rubik’s cubes.

Kangsung

Kangsung (real name Lee Kangsung) is GHOST9’s main rapper and lead dancer. Born on August 8, 2002, he’s currently 18 years old (international age).

Kangsung previously passed the final round of auditions with YGX Entertainment and ATeam in 2019. However, he ultimately signed with Maroo Entertainment.

Some of his favorite interests include fashion, basketball, and taking walks.

Junseong

Junseong (real name Choi Junseong) is GHOST9’s main vocalist and lead dancer. Born on September 29, 2002, he’s currently 17 years old (international age).

Junseong participated in Produce X 101 while signed to Jellyfish Entertainment. He ranked #46 before his elimination after episode 8.

Junseong’s hobbies include playing soccer, watching anime, and playing the piano. He also speaks Japanese and likes collecting figurines.

Prince

Prince (real name Pasidh Vataniyapramote) is GHOT9’s vocalist. Born on January 10, 2003, he’s currently 17 years old (international age).

Thai member Prince is the only non-Korean in GHOST9, and he speaks four languages: Thai, English, Chinese, and Korean. Since Prince never participated in any survival shows, not much was known about him until debut.

Prince enjoys playing with dogs, painting, and eating candy.

Woojin

Woojin (real name Lee Woojin) is GHOST9’s visual and vocalist. Born on April 7, 2003, he’s currently 17 years old (international age).

Woojin participated in Produce X 101, ranking #41 before his elimination in episode 8. He loves to play and analyze soccer, but when he’s not being athletic, he enjoys playing with his younger siblings and watching movies.

Before joining GHOST9, Woojin debuted in a Maroo Entertainment project trio called TEEN TEEN.

Taeseung

Taeseung (real name Lee Taeseung) is GHOST9’s lead vocalist. Born on December 19, 2003, he’s currently 16 years old (international age).

Taeseung participated in Produce X 101, ranking #53 before his elimination in episode 8. His hobbies are playing games and exercising, and he also has a special interest in raising reptiles.

Before joining GHOST9, Taeseung debuted in a Maroo Entertainment project trio called TEEN TEEN.

Jinwoo

Jinwoo (real name Lee Jinwoo) is GHOST9’s maknae and lead rapper. Born on September 13, 2004, he’s currently 16 years old (international age).

Jinwoo participated in Produce X 101, ranking #22 before his elimination in the penultimate episode. His hobbies include watching choreography, playing volleyball, and soccer.
