According to an insider, the two are at a point in their relationship where they could introduce their close friends to each other. Park Seo Joon’s agency responded to the news, claiming it was difficult to confirm information about their artist’s personal life.

Xooos is currently a singing YouTuber who releases covers and original music. Her most viewed video is a cover of Charlie Puth‘s “Light Switch” with 35 million views.

Although she is recognized as a YouTuber now, xooos had quite a career that led her to where she is now—in fact, you might have seen her on TV before.

Xooos, whose real name is Kim Soo Yeon, was born in 1994 and is currently 29 years old. She debuted as an actress in 2015 under the name INA with the KBS K-Drama, The Producers, starring actors Cha Tae Hyun, Gong Hyo Jin, Kim Soo Hyun, and IU.

Xooos played a character named Christine, who is one of the members of Pinky4, the girl group that IU’s diva character is a part of.

Afterward, she played minor roles in a few more K-Dramas, such as Risky Romance (2018) and the web drama Youth Tarot (translated title from 청춘타로).

She also released two singles as INA; her debut digital single, “Rainbow,” was released in 2017, followed by her second single, “Love Doll.”

2017 seemed to be a busy year for her because in October, she appeared in JTBC‘s girl group survival reality show MIXNINE.

As the only singer representing her agency TAJOY Entertainment and many girls in the competition, she did not get much screen time. After performing multiple stages, she was eventually eliminated in the seventh episode.

Seeing no results from her acting and music career and reaching the end of her contract with her label, she wanted to keep singing—and that’s when she turned to YouTube.

In 2019, she uploaded her first cover video on YouTube with the new name, xooos. Her covers soon became so popular to the point where The Weeknd saw and tweeted her cover of his song “Out of Time.”

By the end of 2022, xooos reached 1.47 million subscribers, and it was reported that she would join the agency wavy, a label founded by Korean rapper and producer Colde.

A month after joining her new label, xooos released the single “Naked.”

In May 2023, xooos released her first EP titled Made In Heart.

It appears that xooos is continuously covering, writing, and releasing music, and we can’t wait to see what’s next for the singer and YouTuber.
