Hangeng completes first filming for Chinese Running Man, “Hurry Up, Brother!”
Former Super Junior member Hangeng had participated in the filming of Hurry Up, Brother, which is the Chinese version of SBS popular variety program Running Man.
On March 9th, Chinese actors Deng Chao and Ryan shared group photos of the nine members who were gathered together for filming at Chengdu, China. Hangeng himself also shared a few photos through Weibo after filming ended, captioning with, “Qiu Shui’s (Hangeng’s character for the film Ever Since We Love) life is full of uncertainties…”
Other members for this episode are Fan Bingbing, Angelababy, Li Chen, Bao Beier, Wong Cho Lam, and Michael Chen.
From the photos, it seems like the Chinese members had a taste of playing with mud, a common theme from the original Running Man, while each member also had a go with cosplay.
The show recently concluded their first season in mid-January with a total of 15 episodes where original cast member Kim Jong Kook and BIGBANG‘s G-Dragon were among the list of special guests.
The upcoming new season is said to be an upgraded version of the first one with rumored guests including Wu Yifan (Kris), Luhan, Jolin Tsai, Show Luo, Yang Mi, and more.
The second season of Hurry Up, Brother! is expected to premiere in April.
