DAZED names Zico’s “I Am You, You Are Me” as one of the MVs you must watch
Zico continues to gain praises for his latest releases with DAZED digital naming his music video for “I Am You, You Are Me” in their “The Music Videos You Need To Watch This Month” list.
The digital magazine writes, “Last week, we spoke to South Korean megastar Zico about his volcanic rise from Block B boy band leader to fearless, no-fucks-given rapper, and how he has been existing with one foot in both worlds.”
They further go on to describe the music video with Zico “singing, rapping, and singing” in the supermarket when “his eyes firmly directed towards a bored-looking shop assistant. Eventually the pair realize they’ve been wearing the same outfits, from a multi-colored woolen jumper to a big, biker jack and a fuzzy, canary yellow top and a shirt with a rose pin.”
Among others included in the list were Grimes “Kill V. Maim,” Joey LaBeija‘s “Shattered Dreams,” A$AP Rocky‘s “JD,” and Gwilym Gold & Darkstar‘s “Some Greater Class.”
