On May 16th, K-Pop Star 4’s Lily M released the third installment of Orange Marmalade‘s soundtrack, “Afraid.”
News of this release comes just days after her announcement that she has signed an exclusive contract with JYP Entertainment. The young soloist worked with producer Yoon Il Sang on this project and was praised for her rich, expressive vocals and professionalism while recording.
With lyrics penned by Yoon Il Sang himself, “Afraid” uses a mellow guitar throughout the track to convey its melancholy melody. Lily M’s slightly husky tone and impressive range go well with the mid-tempo drama soundtrack.
Other songs in the drama’s soundtrack so far are MONSTA X’s “Attracted Woman” and Hwanhee’s “Heart Breaking.”
