Starship Entertainment‘s latest duo project, consisting of SISTAR’s Hyorin and Starship X’s JooYoung, took home their first trophy for their sexy debut track, “Erase”!
Aired on November 25th, Hyorin x JooYoung went up against tough competitors Super Junior’s Kyuhyun, Nicole, Apink, and T-ARA for the win on SBS MTV’s The Show. Forging ahead with 7,415 points, the unit snagged their first trophy!
Unfortunately, Hyorin x JooYoung was not present for the ending stage, and MCs Zhoumi, Jiyeon and Hyeri accepted their trophy on their behalf, with Hyeri announcing their trophy will be delivered to the two.
Starship Entertainment’s Twitter was updated following the win, thanking fans for the unit’s first win, “Hyorin x JooYoung’s ‘Erase’ won first place on MTV THE SHOW! Thank you to those who gave their love and support :) Hyorin x JooYoung’s ‘Erase’ first music show trophy.”
